Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SampleSync ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users, including brands, stylists, editors, and photographers.

2. Description of Service

SampleSync is a sample management platform that connects fashion brands with stylists and editors to coordinate the borrowing and return of physical garment samples. The Platform facilitates pull requests, scheduling, catalog management, and communication between parties — but is not itself a party to any agreement between brands and stylists.

3. User Accounts

To use the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to:

• —Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• —Keep your login credentials confidential
• —Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• —Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

4. Pull Requests and Sample Borrowing

Pull requests made through the Platform create a direct arrangement between the requesting stylist/editor and the brand. SampleSync is not responsible for the condition, loss, or damage of any physical samples. By submitting or approving a pull request, both parties agree that:

• —Brands retain ownership of all samples at all times
• —Stylists are responsible for samples while in their possession
• —Samples must be returned by the agreed return date in the same condition they were received
• —Any damage, loss, or failure to return samples is a matter between the stylist and the brand

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• —Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• —Submit false or misleading pull requests
• —Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• —Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• —Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform

6. Content and Catalog Data

Brands retain all rights to catalog images and product information they upload to the Platform. By uploading content, you grant SampleSync a limited license to display and transmit that content solely for the purpose of operating the Platform. We will not use your catalog data for marketing or sell it to third parties.

7. Limitation of Liability

SampleSync is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, SampleSync shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss or damage to physical samples, missed shoots, or disputes between brands and stylists.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that are used in a manner harmful to other users or the Platform. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
